to select the desired time. Press START / ENTER (KEY 2) to save the time desired and to
start the program.
The work level will automatically be adjusted in order to maintain cardiac frequency
between 75 - 80%.
The user may manually adjust the work level by pressing buttons WORK LEVEL + / -
(KEYS 15 and 16).

Press START / ENTER (KEY 10) to save the desired maximum heart rate and to start the
program.
The work level will automatically be adjusted to the heart rate between MAX HR

~ and the maximum heart rate (MAX HR).
The user may manually adjust the work level by pressing buttons WORK LEVEL + / -
(KEYS 15 and 16).
