LIMITATED WARRANTY AND APPLICATION:

Natural wear parts and

nishing items, including, but not limited to, the following:
in general, fairings, stickers, adhesive panels, module cabinet, transport wheels,
pedals with pedestal strapping, seats, rubbers, shoes;

Products repaired or modi

ed by third parties, without prior written authorization
from

Movement
•
Products used in places with high

uctuations in temperature and humidity, such as
saunas and / or next heated swimming pools;

Repairs made to Movement products without the serial number or with the
changed or damaged identi
!
cation;
•
Service call for correct product installation or instruction to owners about using the
product;
•
Withdrawal from referrals for repairs;
•
No service expenses incurred after the warranty period for services.
GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The service of the
Limited Warranty can be obtained by contacting an
Movement
authorized dealer or the one from whom the product was purchased. The costs of
any transport of the product to technical assistance including a technical visit made
by authorized Assistant, are paid by the purchaser, whether or not the product is
covered by this warranty.
The responsibility of the current warranty is exclusively limited to the repair,
modi
!
cation, or replacement of the provided product. Brudden is not responsible for
damage to persons, third parties, other equipment and installations, loss of pro
!
t or
any emerging or consequential damages.
Brudden reserves the right to halt manufacture of its products without prior notice
and/or modify the speci
!
cations and introduce improvements to products at any
time, without incurring the obligation to do the same in previously manufactured
products.
