Before starting any physical activity, consult a doctor.
•
Incorrect or excessive exercise can cause serious injuries. If you feel any
pain, dizziness, faintness or shortness of breath, stop the exercise
immediately and consult a specialized doctor.

Do not use the equipment if you are ill or under the in

uence of drugs,
alcohol or any substance that affects your psychomotor ability.
•
Do not use the footwear equipment, with high-heeled shoes or shoes.
•
Do not wear excessively loose clothing, jewelry, chains and other
objects. Do not let your hair down and always wear clothing intended for
physical exercise.

Do not allow children, the elderly and animals to be close to the
equipment, risk of serious or fatal accidents.
•
Never use the equipment if the bike's pedals or crankshaft are damaged
or worn.
•
This equipment is not indicated for therapeutic purposes.

The equipment has an inertia wheel, that is, the movement of the pedal
continues to be made even if the user is not pedaling. Use the loading
lever to stop the pedal completely and just get off the equipment.

Before using the equipment, place the load selector in the STOP position
(see the operating instructions chapter) in order to stop the movement of

handlebars, turn the load regulator to release the brake and achieve the
desired load.

Emergency stop can be done by gripping the handlebars and moving the
load adjustment lever downwards (see operating instructions chapter).
