MCTC CPU Exchange manual
4 Touchscreen calibration
After each CPU exchange the touchscreen of the controller needs be recalibrated to work properly. The
touchscreen calibration sequence has to be executed as described in the following procedure.
You will need an empty USB memory stick and a special file called mctc_ts-calibrate.muf. Request this file
at your local Movacolor representative or download from the Movacolor website software section (login
required)

Copy the file mctc_ts-calibrate.muf to an empty USB memory stick
(only one file with filename starting with mctc should be located on the USB memory stick)

Power down the MCTC controller (main switch off)

Insert the USB memory stick in the MCTC controller

Power up the MCTC controller (main switch on)

Follow the instruction on the screen
You need to press the cross marks shown on the display very precise

When finished the MCTC controller will continue to start

Power down the MCTC controller (main switch off)

Wait for 10 seconds

Remove the USB memory stick

Power up the MCTC controller (main switch on)
The touchscreen should work correctly now.
