CPU Exchange 

 
Before starting with the exchange of the CPU unit, be sure the MCTC controller is switched OFF and the 
mains power is unplugged. 
 
MCTC CPU EXCHANGE 

Open the MCTC control cabinet by loosening the 4 screws on the both sides of the control cabinet. Loosen 
the 2 upper screws, remove the 2 lower screws. 

 

 
Unlock the CPU board by moving both the locks sideward simultaneously gently. The CPU board pops up a 
little bit, you can take it out of the socket now.
