Useful tips for best results:
Pulsing produces better results. Remove
any food stuck to the sides of the bowl
(ham, onions etc.) using the spatula.
Spread around the bowl and pulse
again 2 or three times.
The bowl measuring scale takes into
account volumes measured with the
blade in place, and is provided for
information purposes only.

Place the blade (H) on the bowl
spindle
(G)
(fig.
1),
add
the
mouloukhia or parsley leaves without
exceeding the maximum level and put
the seal lid on (C) (fig. 1).
•
Follow the instructions given for the
chopper/blender blade (E) up to
switching the appliance on.
Milkshake accessory D
(* according to model)
•
Take the milkshake accessory (D) and
lock it onto the blade spindle (E) (fig. 3).
•
Place the blade (E) and milkshake
accessory (D) on the bowl spindle (G)
(fig. 4), pour in the ingredients without
exceeding the maximum level and put
on the seal lid (C) (fig. 4).
•
Place the motor unit (B) on the top by
turning slightly to correctly position it on
the bowl (F) (fig. 5).
•
Plug in the appliance and press the
On/Off button (A), while holding onto
the motor unit (A). You may select
either a low speed (A1) or a higher
speed (A2 Turbo).
•
At the end of preparation, release the
On/Off button (A1 or A2 Turbo), unplug
