Defrosting
by
weight
During
defrosting,
check
the
food
and
turn
it
over
as
desired.
1.
Turn
the
power
selector
knob
to
the
position.
2.
Turn
the
timer
selector
knob
clockwise
to
set
the
appropriate
defrosting
time,
depending
on
the
weight
(kg)
of
food.
The
weight
of
food
to
be
defrosted
and
defrosting
time
are
represented
in
the
table
below
for
reference.
Please
note
that
these
values
are
given
as
a
guide
only,
as
they
may
not
apply
to
every
single
cooking
situation.
