- Before using your appliance for the first time, clean the accessories in soapy water.
- Rinse and dry them carefully.
- Use your hand mixer to make
light preparations
: mayonnaise, whisked egg whites,
sauces, cake dough, pancake batter, etc.

Do not use it for more than 1 minute for heavier preparations.
- The plastic whisks

are especially recommended for preparations in non-stick
containers and for a more silent operation.

Check that the speed selector

is set at “0”.

Insert the whisks
(C or D)
into the holes and lock. The whisks must be inserted as
shown in Figure 1.
Both the whisks must be of the same length. The “click”
indicates that the accessories are correctly in place.

Use identical pairs of accessories.
4.
A deep bowl should be used for mixing.
5.
Turn on the appliance selecting the speed using the control

.

With the appliance switched off on position 0, push the eject button

forwards
to eject the whisks (Fig. 2).
Use speed 1 to start a preparation and to avoid splashing.
