Connect the control box air line tubing (A) to the inflation hub (B) and turn ON the inflation control box 

power (E). Then place the colonoscope connector (C) and control section (F) on the Loading Fixture. Rotate the 
colonoscope holders (G) to lock. Ensure the colonoscope air/water, auxiliary water port, suction and biopsy valves 
(D) are in place and secure.

Place the Loading Fixture on a flat surface. Ensure that the colonoscope control section and endoscope 

connector holders are in the open position. Open the proximal clamp (B). Place the Oversleeve inflation hub 
connector facing up (C), ensure that the inflation hub luer connector is properly aligned and secured in the clamp, 
close and lock the proximal clamp (B). Place the Oversleeve (D) into the Loading Fixture channel (E).
