4.2. Assembly of the Oversleeve to the Workstation
4.2.1. Cleaning the Loading Fixture
The Loading Fixture should be cleaned prior to loading the Pure-Vu Oversleeve onto the colonoscope.
Thoroughly wipe down the Loading Fixture with a viricidal cloth (Opti-cide, Cavicide or similar surface
disinfectant of choice) that has an active ingredient of isopropyl alcohol (17% - 21%).
4.2.2. Oversleeve Assembly
Remove the Oversleeve from the tray (item #1 in tray) and sealing plug (item #3 in tray). To load the
Oversleeve onto the colonoscope complete the following steps:

Align the sealing plug (A) with the distal tip of the Oversleeve (B). Advance the sealing plug onto the
distal tip of Oversleeve, then slide the locking ring (C) to the proximal end of the plug (locked position).
