Wireless Security Setup
The wireless settings configured here represent the strongest settings possible for the
WPS870G. If your wireless network does not support them, then match the strongest
settings available on the network to which you are connecting.

From the main menu, click
Control Panel
to access Device Security. The Device
Security window is displayed:

In the Login Password field, enter your
Login Password
. For a stronger password,
create one that contains multiple case-sensitive characters as well as numbers and
symbols like “_ + )”. It cannot be longer than 64 characters. If you forget your password,
you can reset the WPS870G. See
Test Print and Restore Button
for further details.

In the Login Password Confirm field, re-enter your Password.

Click
Apply
.

After the settings have been accepted, click
Restart
and log back into the Configuration
Utility using your Password.

Wireless Settings

Wireless Security
to access the window. The Wireless
Security window is displayed:
