Disassembly

V635

Removing and Replacing the Display Assembly

1.

Remove the battery cover, battery, SIM, antenna, rear housing, transceiver
board assembly, flip assembly, and flip CLI lens assembly as described in the
procedures.

2.

Remove the camera assembly boot (see Figure 19A).

3.

Use the disassembly tool to gently pry the display assembly out of it’s space in
the flip assembly (see Figure 19B).
