Disassembly

 V600

Removing and Replacing the Flip CLI Lens Assembly

1.

Remove the battery cover, battery, SIM, antenna, rear housing, and 
transceiver board assembly and flip assembly as described in the procedures.

2.

Remove the flip assembly cover (see Figure 14a).

3.

Remove the 4 flip assembly screws (see Figure 14b). Be careful not to loose the 
flip cover latches attached to 2 screws near the flip assembly hinge. Set the 
screws and latches aside for re-use.

4.

Release the 2 latches on each side of the flip assembly (see Figure 14).

5.

Disconnect the CLI flex connector from the flip assembly PCB located under 
the CLI lens assembly.

6.

Lift the CLI lens assembly away from the flip assembly.
