Disassembly

 V600

Removing and Replacing the Flip Assembly

1.

Remove the battery cover, battery, SIM, antenna, rear housing, and 
transceiver board assembly as described in the procedures.

2.

Remove the knuckle from the flex cable and flip assembly (see Figure 13A).

3.

Carefully slide the display flex cable through the keypad housing assembly 
(see Figure 13b). Avoid damage to the flex cable.

4.

Lift the keypad housing assembly away from the flip assembly. Be careful not 
to damage the display flex cable.

5.

To replace, carefully thread the display flex connector through the slot on the 
keypad housing assembly. Avoid damage to the flex cable.

6.

Place the flip knuckle over the flex cable and align knuckle to keypad housing.
