This diagnostic gives the instantaneous status of the last attempted channel tune on the in-band
tuner. The status shows channel type (analog/digital), acquisition state, purchasable indicator,
preview indicator, parental control status, and mute status. Figure B-13 illustrates a current
channel status display on the LED:
