Motorola’s Overnight Express Program is a
premium repair offering that will get you back in
service FAST! If your phone is in need of repair
service, we will “get you up and running” by the
next business day.

Here’s how it works:
Just contact Motorola Customer Care at
1-888-325-0225 (option 1-1-2), Monday through
Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (EST),
and one of our representatives will assist you in
obtaining this service. It’s that Simple!
1.Your Motorola iDEN phone will be replaced
with either a new or reconditioned product
of the same or similar model. Only the
Motorola Outfitter’s Edition Motorola i720
phone will qualify for the Overnight Express
Program. Certain exceptions may require
additional time. Turnaround time excludes
weekends and holidays. MOTOROLA, INC.
("MOTOROLA") warrants the MOTOROLA
manufactured iDEN Communication
Products ("Product") against defects in
material and workmanship under normal
use and service for a 1 year – starting from
the initial date of purchase. The product
must power up and demonstrate hardware
or software defects. This service is subject
to all provisions listed in the Motorola
Communications Product Limited Warranty.
This service does not cover:
a.
Defects or damage resulting from use of
the Product in other than its normal and
customary manner.
b.
Defects or damage from misuse,
accident, water, or neglect.
c.
Defects or damage from improper
testing, operation, maintenance,
installation, alteration, modification, or
adjustment.
d.
Breakage or damage to antennas
unless caused directly by defects in
material workmanship.
e.
Product subjected to unauthorized
Product modifications, disassemblies or
repairs (including, without limitation, the
addition to the Product of
non-MOTOROLA supplied equipment)
which adversely affect performance of
the Product or interfere with
