Call Restrictions
Receiving Calls on Your Alternate Line
You can receive calls on either Line, regardless of the active line setting. The
screen displays Line 1 or Line 2 to indicate which Line the call is being received
on (if Caller ID information is available).
Call Restrictions
You can prevent your phone from making or receiving specific types of calls.
Nextel currently offers three types of Call Restrictions:
• no long distance calls allowed
• no incoming calls
• no outgoing calls (except 911)

Nextel 411
Nextel 411 provides friendly services for on-the-go professionals including:
White Page Listings
You can request a telephone number for any person, business, or government
agency in the continental United States and Hawaii. Operators can also provide
address information if available.
Yellow Page Listings
You can ask the operator to perform a search by category if the specific business
name is unknown. For example, you can request information for the nearest
copy center to your hotel while on business travel.
