numeric mode
After selecting numeric mode, press number keys to
enter the numbers you want. When you finish
entering numbers, press the Left Soft Key (

to switch to another entry mode.
symbol mode
In the SYMBOLS screen, use the Navigation Key (
N
)
to scroll to a symbol and press the Center Select
Key (
M
) ( OK ) to select it.
To search for additional symbols, press the Right Soft
Key (

) ( Next ) to page down to the next set of
symbols. Press the Left Soft Key (

) ( Prev ) to page
up to the previous set.
text entry tips
To enter a space , press

To enter punctuation while entering text , press

repeatedly to enter a punctuation mark or other
character.
To edit or delete text while entering text , press
right on the Navigation Key (

) to move the cursor to
the right of text you want to edit. Press the Clear
Key (

) to delete the character to the left of the
cursor. Press and hold the Clear Key (

) to delete an
entire word.
