Date Book
Your Date book allows you to create, edit and delete appointments and events, to schedule
recurring events and to set reminders in advance of an event. Your Date book provides you with
the two main views:

Month View
•
Day View
At the Main Menu, Tap
to enter the Month View screen.
Month View
When you select month view, you are presented with a view of the current month.

The year and the month appear in the title bar. Press
or
to move to the next or the previous
month in the Calendar, or tap
and select
Jump to
. The days of the week are displayed under
the title bar starting with Sunday. The current day is highlighted.
To indicate which dates have events and alarms associated with them, the following symbols are
used.

DIAMOND:
timeless event
Exit to main screen
Go to view "today"
Number of bars
symbolise % of
appointment during
the day
Use arrows to move between months
page up = previous month
page down = next month
Tap on day to view
