ADJUSTING LIMIT SWITCHS
TESTING SPRING ADJUSTMENT
The mechanical limit switches present in the barrier are visible in the image below.
• They consist of 2 adjusting screws (one on each side of the barrier) fixed to the bar movement lever.
• Each screw has a
locking female
.
OPENING LIMIT SWITCH
The opening Limit switch is
adjusted on the motor side with
the bar in the open position.
CLOSING LIMIT SWITCH
The closing limit switch is
adjusted on the spring side with
the bar in the closed position.
Relieve the locking female by moving
it away from the lever.
Keeping the bar horizontal, turn the
adjusting screw until the screw head
touches the stop plate, pushing the limit
shaft inward.
Place the bar in a horizontal (closed)
position.
After adjusting the screw, tighten the
locking female until it touches the center
lever to lock the screw in this position.

03. INSTALLATION
03. INSTALLATION
Place the bar in the
phase 1
position. When you release the bar, it
should remain stabilized or rising very slightly.
Place the barrier in
phase 2
,
phase 3
,
phase 4
and
phase 5
and
repeat the test from step 1 in each of the different phases.
With adjusting you should be able to reach a state where by
moving the barrier by hand, it must remain stable in any position
that releases it.
· If the bar drops when you drop it, tighten each spring 1mm and
retest.
· If the bar rises when you release it, loosen each spring by 1mm
and retest.
