INSTALLATION OF THE GUTTER TO THE GROUND

Cut the floor gutter to the length
of the span, and install it under the
ground with cement.
Center it according to the column, so
that the chain enter the gutter when
making the descent movement.
Adjust the stoppers according to the height you want the chain to go up and down.

Unscrew the stopper screw, remove it and place it in the desired hole.

Retighten the stopper screw at the chosen place.
ADJUST STOPPERS
Gutter B must be
filled with cement inside, to
give resistance.
If you choose another type of gutter (gutter A), you will need to make a foundation
to fix it on the ground.

Secure the chain in one of the
columns with a padlock.

Stretch the chain to the
second column, and if the chain
is too long for the span, cut the
overflow.
After installing the two columns, proceed as follows to install
the chain:

• Attach the other end to the
second column with padlock.
If you use an iron chain,
you must place a plastic
"fuse link" so that the chain can
burst in the event that a vehicle crosses the span with the chain
raised.
If you do not want to use a padlock on both columns, you can
cut the chain link to mount it on one of the plates by closing it
again with welding.
