Function
Displays the selected camera image.

Sensor
Function
The brightness sensor is positioned behind the
stripes at the front of the camera body.
This must be left clear (do not cover) to ensure the
sensor can always record the ambient brightness.

Switching on the monitor
The MD3071A-V can be switched on manually and - or automatically using con-
trol lines. This requires the system to be in standby mode as indicated by the fact
the Power/Video button is lit red. All control lines are “high-active”, which means
that the control line needs to have a positive voltage of between 6 V and 60 V.
