Method:

Place the flax seeds in a small bowl and just cover with cold water. Leave to soak overnight.

Using a sieve drain most of the liquid from the flax seeds.

Place the ingredients into the Beaker in the order listed.

Fit the Blade Lid and press and hold down the Power Button for 15 seconds.

Serve immediately.
Ingredients:
710ml 530ml
150g 120g ripe banana, sliced
350ml 250ml almond milk
4 level tbsp 3 level tbsp oats
2 tbsp 1½ tbsp flax seed (golden linseeds)
1 tbsp ¾ tbsp sesame seed
2 level tsp 1½ level tsp cacao powder
2 1 ice cubes

Rinse the chopped kale under cold running water, drain well and place in the Beaker.

Add the remaining ingredients, press down lightly if necessary and fit the Blade Lid.

Hold the Power Button down for 20 seconds, and then allow the drink to settle before
blending for a further 10 seconds.

Serve immediately.
