Method:

Wash the broccoli, spinach and kale under running water and wipe the courgette.

Cut the broccoli into approximately 20mm pieces and place in the Beaker.
Add the spinach and kale and press down a little.

Cut the courgette into 20mm pieces and then add to the Beaker with the remaining ingredients.
Fit the Blade Lid.

Hold the Power Button down for 20 seconds and then allow the drink to settle before blending for a further 10
seconds.

Serve immediately.

200ml 150ml coconut water
