Method:

Using a large pan, brown the sausages in batches in
the oil. Remove and set aside.

Add the onions, carrots and leeks and gently sauté for
a minute or two.

Place the vegetables into the Cooking Pot, add the
flour, chutney, herbs and seasoning and stir well.

Place the sausages into the Cooking Pot and then pour
over the hot vegetable stock. Stir well.

Cook for 4 hours on the High setting, 6 hours on the
Medium setting or 8 hours on the Low setting.

2 tbsp plain flour

3 tbsp chutney
