Disconnect both the Ignition Lead and the Flame Sensor Lead
from the front of the Control Panel

Feed the 2 electrical lines from the Control Board to beside the unit.

From the inside of the Firebox, pull the Pilot Assembly, Bulk Head
Plate, Gasket and 3 lines through the Firebox and out of the unit.
Leave ground wire in the firebox.

10). I
nstall the replacement Components in the reverse order, through
the Firebox wall. Install the Pilot Assembly Bracket to the Firebox
floor with 2 screws. Pass the wires through rubber gasket. Make
sure the pilot gas line goes through the far right hole of the gasket
and the cuts in the gasket face up. Make sure that the Ground Wire,
Star Washer and screw are assembled to the bottom of the Pilot
Mounting Bracket as shown in the picture below.

11).
Using a round object, something like a Socket Wrench, loop
the excess Pilot Line into a coil. Be very careful not to kink the line.
