1.1 Introduction to NM815 system
The
NM815
stereo active speaker system features a revolutionary new
concept in acoustic and electronic design characterized by painstaking
attention in terms of component selection, materials and production
techniques. The result is a product of absolutely contemporary, essential
and rigorous design, with great attention to detail.
All the system’s drivers have been designed with great attention to
details and custom-built specifically for this system in Italy, in order to
provide the highest performances with the top-level reliability:
∙ Vented neodymium subwoofers with with very high magnetic flux
(
NM15SA
).
∙ Ferrite HF drivers and woofers (
NM8Bi
).
The portability has been optimized: all systems may be carried and
installed by a single person.
Very high levels of performance, despite their remarkably small size and
low weight, thanks to the class-D power amplification controlled by
two different DSP processors, which manage the functions of the
whole system.
Four presets allow to modify the loudspeaker timbre as required.
1.2 Applications
The stereo active three-way
NM815
system has been designed for use
in small quality venues, for reproducing recorded music in clubs and
other entertainment venues and for live performances of acoustic and
semi-acoustic music. Its small size and light weight allow a sensible
portability, providing though a suitable power for a wide range of
applications.
