WARNING
Do not operate the loader with out the Loader
Lock Pins in place and secured. The loader can
fall off of the tractor
.
12. Enter tractor. Start the engine and activate the
loader control lever. If the loader functions do not
operate in the directions indicated on the loader
control decal, check the quick couplers for proper
connection. Shut off tractor. Relieve hydraulic
pressure in loader by moving control levers. Exit
tractor.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS – BUCKET QUICK
ATTACH TOOLBAR
IMPORTANT – Reposition hoist on Base Loader.
Raise Loader Liftframe just enough to allow alignment
of Bucket Quick Attach pivots with Loader Liftframe
pivots.
1. Install Bucket Quick Attach Tool Bar Assembly to
Loader Liftframe using two Pivot Pins (52), Lynch
Pins (22).
2. Install Bucket Cylinder Linkages to Bucket Quick
Attach Tool Bar Assembly using two Pivot Pins (53,
55), Lynch Pins (22).
3. Lower Loader Assembly with Bucket to ground.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS – BUCKET LEVEL
INDICATOR
1. Install Bucket Level Rod Weldment (49) to Right
Hand Bucket Cylinder Rod End pivot pin using a
cotter pin (18).
