•
Operating only either the front or the rear brake, the braking power is significantly reducing, and wheel may get
blocked resulting in the lack of grip.
•
When stopping while travelling uphill, close the throttle completely and only use the brakes to hold vehicle on
position.
•
Using engine to hold vehicle on a hill may cause clutch to overheat.
•
Braking continuously in downhill, may result in friction gasket overheating and consequently poor braking
performance.
•
Take an advantage of engine brake and shift up gears using the brakes alternatively.
•
Never ride with engine off, when going downhill.
•
When riding on wet surfaces or poor grip (snow, ice, mud, etc.) ride to moderate speed, avoiding sudden braking
or maneuvers that may lead to lack of grip and consequently to falls.
•
If an engine overheating alarm indicator is showed on the instrument panel, stop the vehicle and let the engine
running at 3,000 rpm for about two minutes, so that coolant flows regularly in the system; then set the engine stop
switch to and check the coolant level.
If necessary, take your vehicle to an Official Mondial Dealer.
•
Do not turn ignition key to , because the radiator fan would stop regardless coolant temperature, which would
cause a further temperature rise.
•
If the engine warning light activates on the instrument panel during regular engine operation, this means that
some failures have been detected. Immediately contact an Official Mondial Dealer.
•
To avoid clutch overheating, shut off the engine as soon as possible once the vehicle has stopped and at the
same time the gear is engaged, and the clutch lever is operated.
