Possible cause and solution

“Oh dear! I cannot find the 

dust collector.” 

The dustbin is taken out that 

interrupts the cleaning. Make 

sure the dustbin is properly 

installed.

“Please place me in a new 

location and try again.”

Pick the robot up and re-start.

“Please scrub the cliff 

sensor/front sensor/ 

right-hand sensor/bumper, 

and restart me from a new 

location.”

Sensor faults. Clean the sensor(s) 

and check if it is covered by 

foreign object.

“Master, please clean the 

dust container and filter.”

The dustbin is full. Empty dustbin 

and clean dust passage.

“Dust container has to be 

removed, please clean the 

container and filter.”

A reminder when the dustbin is 

removed.

“I’m stuck, please help me!”

Pick up the robot and check if 

there is any obstacle. Remove 

debris if necessary.

“Please place me correctly.”

The robot is tilt.

“Please check if my wheels 

have become blocked 

somewhere.”

Check both driving wheels and 

see if they are stuck or twined.

brush/side brushes have 

become stuck.”

Check each brush and remove 

foreign object or debris.

“What’s going on? Where is 

the docking station?”

Make sure the recharging dock 

is connected to the power socket 

with the power indicator light ON.   
The robot is out of range. Put the 

robot near the recharging dock 

and check if it is able to return to 

the dock.

“On dear! Program error, 

please restart me.”

Restart the robot.

“Error encountered initiating 

shutdown.”

There is an error occurs and the 

robot shuts down automatically. 

For examples,
1. Running out of battery
2.  The robot is not on the 

recharging dock.

3.  The robot is not aligned to the 

contacts of the recharging dock.

“Low battery, please 

recharge.”

The robot is not on the recharging 

dock while the battery level is 

lower than 10%.

“To shut me down, please 

place me away from the 

docking station.”

If you want to power OFF the robot, 

you have to place the robot away 

from the recharging dock.
