Installations and maintenance instructions
Installing person is fully responsible for alarm installation in the vehicle. Installation must be done in
accordance with this manual and general principles. All contacts must be properly isolated by isolation
tape or by heat shrink tube. Alarm modules can not be installed close to airbags or other safety related
systems of the vehicle.
Install alarm control unit beneath dashboard of the vehicle with connections according to enclosed wiring
diagram. All parts of alarm should be installed in hidden and inaccessible places to obstruct their
detection and possible damage / decapitation. Only exemption is valet switch, which should be on
hidden but easily accessible place by the driver. Indication LED should be on located on the place which
is good visible from interior and exterior of the vehicle. Fix the control unit properly with connectors
pointing down (to avoid on wires condensed water to leak in the control unit)
Fuses which are integral part of wire harness can not be removed and should be placed as close
to +12V connection point of the vehicle as possible.
Siren should be located in engine compartment at least 30 cm distance from the sources of extensive
heat and not to be accessible from below of the vehicle and should be protected from the splash water.
Siren can not be located upwards.
Mount the antenna on the windshield or rear window not blocking drivers visibility from the vehicle.
Antenna can be placed on drivers sun shield alternatively or under plastic cover of „A“ column of the
vehicle. Antenna is designed for horizontal positioning and should not be located close to metal parts of
the vehicle. Proper location of the antenna has important impact on effective range of remote controls.
Unit should be used in accordance with this manual. It is very important to keep PIN code because
emergency disarm function and some parameters settings are not accessible without valid PIN code.
