pérdida causada por el uso del producto o su funcionalidad, la pérdida de negocio, la pérdida
de contratos, la pérdida de ingresos, la pérdida de ahorros previstos, la pérdida de mayores
costes o gastos, o por cualquier pérdida o daño indirecto, especial o consecuente. En la
medida permitida por la ley aplicable, la responsabilidad de Modecor se limitará al valor de
compra del producto. No se concede ninguna indemnización por el periodo de inactividad
del producto defectuoso.
10. Las presentes Condiciones Generales de Garantía se rigen por la legislación italiana.
11. El Tribunal de Varese (VA-Italia) será competente para conocer cualquier litigio que se
derive de la interpretación, ejecución o resolución de las presentes Condiciones Generales de
Garantía.

1. The warranty period of the Decojet A4 Elite product is 12 (twelve) months from the date of
delivery of the product as indicated in the fiscal document of purchase. According to art. 1495
c.c., the purchaser's right to warranty ceases if the defect is not reported within 15 (fifteen)
calendar days from its discovery; the copy of the fiscal document of purchase shall be
shown/released when the intervention under warranty is requested.
The warranty shall not be activated in any ways in the total or partial absence of such
documentation.
The warranty will be activated if no solution to the problem is found through the assistance
of the help desk operator. The operator shall be responsible for providing the necessary
instructions to the Customer for returning the product to the repair centres.
