Si no puede imprimir a través de una conexión USB, pruebe lo siguiente:
If the printer cannot print using a USB connection, try the following

Desconecte el cable USB del ordenador. Haga clic con el botón derecho del ratón en
el icono de la impresora que aparece en el ordenador y, a continuación, seleccione
Eliminar dispositivo . A continuación, conecte el cable USB a su ordenador y haga
una prueba de impresión.
Disconnect the USB cable from the computer. Right-click on the printer icon
displayed on the computer and then select Remove Device. Next, connect the USB
cable to the computer and try a test print

Pulse OK para proceder y retirar el cartucho que ha fallado.
Press OK to proceed and remove the faulty cartridge

Inserte el nuevo cartucho (ATENCIÓN: ¡Quite la banda amarilla!).
Insert the new cartridge ( ATTENTION : remove the yellow strip!)
