Si aparecen rayas horizontales o la parte superior o inferior del papel está manchada,
compruebe que el papel está plano y correctamente colocado en la bandeja posterior. Limpie
la base de la impresora con un paño seco
When horizontal banding appears or the top or bottom of the paper is smeared, check if the
sheet is plain and correctly placed in the rear tray. Clean the base of the printer with a dry
cloth
