Motor characteristics
IMS-LM-S stages are equipped with a 3-phase synchronous ironcore linear
motor and a linear steel scale.
CAUTION
High RMS current will generate motor heating which will degrade
characteristics of the stage, such as repeatability, accuracy, etc…

The values above indicate induced voltages between coils. A positive
value for L-M would indicate a higher voltage on L relative to M.
