1  Refer to the appropriate weld head manual instructions on how to install the welding electrodes. 

 

2  To adjust the pressure regulators and flow controls, refer to the following instructions or those which are 

printed on the side of the weld head. 

 
3  To prevent the power supply from firing until you are ready to weld, select [NO WELD].  Remove the 

workpiece from between or beneath the electrodes. 

 
4  Set the force indicator on all Unitek Peco weld heads to 3.  For more detailed information on setting up 

each specific weld head, refer to their respective manuals.  See figures 4-1 and 4-2 for illustrations of
