[For air conditioner] 

Follow step (3-2) to log in to the gateway setting screen. Start this procedure when two or more minutes 
have  elapsed  after setting  the  gateway  in  step  (3-3). The connection  may fail  because  the  gateway  is 
being rebooted. 
After login, click [CGW Status] from the menu on the left side of the screen. By referring to the displayed 
details, check the connection status on the superlink side (SuperLink Status). 

 

 

 
According to SuperLink Status, execute the following: 
 
[OK]   

: Confirm whether the Superlink signal line is securely connected to the indoor unit   

   

  for which the [×] icon is displayed on the M-ACCESS screen. 

[NG]   

: Confirm whether the Superlink signal line is securely connected to the gateway. 

[--]   

: Confirm that the gateway is connected to the network and that the activation is completed, 

   

  then reboot the gateway.
