All previous NetCommand IR “learning” for the input is erased.
Notes for HDMI devices
Disconnecting an HDMI device:
•
When you disconnect an HDMI device, the icon remains in the
Activity
menu until
you remove it. Select
Delete
in the
Inputs > Name
menu to remove an unwanted icon for an HDMI input.
If the

New Device Found
screen does not display as expected when you connect an HDMI device, see the
reset instructions under “Reactivating Auto Sensing for an HDMI Input,” page 13.

If case of CEC conflicts:

Turn off CEC signals in one of these ways:
Turn off the TV’s HDMI Control signals to the device (see below for

Turn off each device’s internal CEC capability.
