PROCEDURES BEFORE OPERATION
This chapter describes the procedures before operation.
1.
Mounting the module to the base unit
The RJ71PN92 has no module fixing hooks. For how to mount and remove a module without module fixing hooks to/from the
base unit, refer to the following.


Network construction
Configure the system and set the parameters which are required for start-up.

Network diagnostics
Check that communications are performed normally.
With normal communications, the status of LEDs and buffer memory areas are as follows.
• RUN LED: On
• ERR LED: Off
• PN RUN: On
• PN ERR: Off
• Corresponding bit of each IO device in 'IO device communication status' (Un\G17153 to Un\G17160): On
• Corresponding bit of each IO device in 'IO device error' (Un\G17161 to Un\G17168): Off
