Using the automatic callback function
You are calling an internal correspondent but he is busy and does not answer. You can ask
that he be called back automatically.
Enabling automatic callback
1 - Press the context-sensitive More key in the lower panel of the
menus.
2 - Press the context-sensitive Callback key.
Automatic callback is saved and may be viewed by selecting
Menu > Active functions .
As soon as the called party in question is free (if the line had been
busy) or has enabled his telephone (if absent), your terminal
rings. At this stage you can:
• Off-hook or press Answer : your correspondent is then called
back.
• Press Ignore or the End key to cancel automatic callback.
Disabling the automatic callback function
If you wish to cancel a saved automatic callback:
1 - Press the context-sensitive Menu key.
2 - Select Active functions then press Select to confirm.
3 - Select Callback then press Delete . To display the number of
the terminal concerned, press Select before deleting.
-> The saved automatic callback is deleted.
