(answering position). The divertee position can be another extension or a PBX operator
and is specified from the maintenance terminal. The extension needs to be assigned
to access diversion facilities.

DIRECT

Incoming calls are unconditionally diverted.

8.6.2

DIVERSION ON NO REPLY

Incoming calls are diverted when the extension does not answer within a pre-defined
time.
