You should not open the Hardware Product. The Hardware Product contains no user-serviceable parts and opening the Product may invalidate this warranty.
Misa Digital does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Misa Digital is not responsible for damage or loss arising from
failure to follow instructions relating to the Product's use.
This warranty does not apply:
3.1 To defects caused by wear and tear or due to the normal ageing of the Product;
3.2 To damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, contact with liquid, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes;
3.3 To damage caused by servicing performed by any person not authorised by Misa Digital;
3.4 To cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents or broken plastic on ports due to normal wear and tear; or
3.5 To any unauthorised opening of the Product; or
3.6 If the product seal on the back of the Kitara has been defaced, tampered with, damaged or removed.

To the extent permitted by law, this Limited Warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral, written, statutory,
express or implied. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Misa Digital specifically disclaims any and all statutory or implied warranties including warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If Misa Digital cannot lawfully disclaim such warranties then to the extent permitted by applicable law all such
warranties will be limited in duration to the duration of the express warranty.
Except as provided in this warranty Misa Digital will not be responsible for any direct, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage including but not limited to
loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of actual or anticipated profits, loss of the use of money, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of
goodwill or reputation and loss of or damage or corruption to data. Misa Digital's maximum liability shall not exceed the price paid for the product.
The foregoing limitation does not apply to death or personal injury claims or any statutory liability for intentional and grossly negligent acts and/or omissions.
