WARRANTY LIABILITIES
DEAR CUSTOMER!
Mirta™ is grateful for your choice and guarantees high
quality and perfect functioning of the product you
purchased on condition that the rules of its exploitation
are followed.
The warranty period is 24 months from the day of the
purchase.
With this warranty Mirta™ certifies a good working
condition of the product and takes responsibility to
repair and solve all problems that may occur due to the
manufacturer’s fault free of charge. Warranty maintenance
can be provided in the authorized service centers.
In case there is no such service centre in your city/town/
village, please, apply to the point of sale.
WARRANTY LIABILITIES
WARRANTY TERMS:
1. This warranty is valid under the following circumstances:
correct and accurate recording of the model name, the
serial number, the purchase date and the official seal
of the Seller in the warranty coupon and in the tear-off
coupons;
original receipt which contains the purchase date.
2. Mirta™ has the right to refuse in the service maintenance
under the warranty in case if the documents mentioned
above are not submitted, or the information is incomplete,
inaccurate, and contradictory in them.
3. The warranty does not include periodical maintenance,
installation, and adjusting the appliance in the owner’s
house.
4. The products with the defects described below are not
the subject to the warranty repair:
mechanical damages; failure to comply with the warranty
terms or the wrong doing of the owner; incorrect
installation, transportation; natural disasters (a lightning,
a fire, flood etc.) and the other reasons beyond the
Manufacturer and Seller’s control; insertion of external
objects, liquids, insects etc. in the appliance; repair or
structural changes made by unauthorized persons; using
the appliance for professional purposes; deviation from the
State Technical Standards for supply, telecommunications
and cable networks; failure of details with limited lifetime.
5. This warranty does not infringe the customers’ rights
provided by the current law.
I. THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF QUALITY AND STATED
TECHNICAL CONDITION IS:
1. On the product – 24 months from the purchase date
(confirmed with the purchase receipt).
2. On the replaced parts and spare parts after the end
of the warranty period – 30 days from the date of their
installation into the appliance (confirmed with the
corresponding mark and the seal of the service centre in
the warranty coupon).
3. When the product is exchanged for a similar model, both
the purchase date and the exchange date are indicated in
the warranty coupon.
II. REQUIREMENTS FOR CLAIM

To increase the responsibility of experts for the expert
opinion, the claims concerning the quality and the
technical condition of the product are accepted in the
specialized service centers only, as well as in the service
departments of the retail trading network, where the
product was purchased.
III. CONDUCTING WARRANTY REPAIR
The warranty repair of the product is accomplished by the
authorized service centre indicated in the warranty coupon
or by any other authorized service center.
In case of conducting the warranty repair, the warranty
period on the product is prolonged for the repair term.
IV. IMPORTANT! THIS WARRANTY LOSES ITS VALIDITY IN
CASES DESCRIBED BELOW:
1. The product does not have the warranty coupon.
2. The warranty coupon is filled in partially or inaccurately
and/or with corrections not verified by the Seller.
3. The serial number on the product is deleted or damaged,
if it was provided and specified in the coupon earlier.
4. The repair services were conducted by a service
company not authorized for this activity (confirmed with
an agreement or with one-time contract).
5. The product was a subject of structural changes
without agreement with the Seller (confirmed by an expert
opinion).
V. THE WARRANTY OF QUALITY AND STATED TECHNICAL
CONDITION DOES NOT APPLY TO THE CASES WHEN THE
DAMAGE WAS CAUSED BY THE FOLLOWING:
mishandling or misuse (i.e. exploitation in the «non-
household» conditions. Under such conditions the use of
the product is inapplicable due to the change of its status
of the «household appliance»); exploitation with violation
of the generally accepted safety requirements during the
