3.1   ASD-211i/2D User Interface

 

 

Figure 3.1 illustrates the ASD-211i/2D's user interface situated at the front end of 
the module.  The interface components include the following: 

 
   

-  Automatic or manual input detection 

   

-  Decoding filter selection 

   

-  Automatic input calibration 

  

- Setup 

   

-  Luminance and chrominance gain 

   

-  Horizontal and subcarrier phase adjustment 

 

All above functions, except for the vertical ancillary data selection, are accessed 
and configured by the front panel push-buttons SELECT, UP(+), and DOWN(-).  The 
flow chart of Figure 3.2 outlines the entire ASD-211i/2D menu path.
