1. If installed, remove ISD plug from the receptacle located at the rear bottom of the unit.
2. To gain access to the LED wiring, face the back of unit. Remove the compressor cover by
removing the screws with a Philips screwdriver.
3. Inside the compressor compartment, you will see wire tubes with red and black wires at the end.
The tubes are located on the inner back right wall just above the fan assembly (figure 1).
Disconnect both the red and black wires from the terminal blocks. Before doing so, observe the
color connections of the two wires. Black wire must be connected to the black wire and red to red.
4. Open the freezer door to gain access to the interior LED strip located at both sides of cabinet.
Remove Lens and LED, then carefully pull the wires out of the plastic tube (figure 2).
5. Install the replacement LED strip in reverse order. Insert the LED wires into the tube located on the
bottom side of unit. Push wires through until you see the wires coming out of bottom end of wire
tube at unit rear. Place the LED strip and close with Lens.
6. Facing the rear of the freezer, pull the LED wires towards the LED driver. Connect the wires to the
terminal blocks. Remember, the black wire must be connected to the black wire and red wire must
be connected to the red wire.
7. Reinstall compressor cover and reconnect power supply.
