Installing the PagePro 8 Printer Driver
Under Windows 95

This section provides information on installing the PagePro 8 Printer
Driver under Windows 95. It also tells you how to uninstall the
PagePro 8 Printer Driver when necessary.

Note

Installing the PagePro 8 Printer Driver

1.

Turn on your computer and start up Windows 95.

2.

Insert the

Minolta PagePro

CD-ROM into your computer’s CD-

ROM drive.

• In this example, we assume that

D:

is the name of the CD-ROM

drive.

3.

The opening screen automatically appears on the screen.

Note

4.

Follow the instructions that appear on your computer screen to
complete the installation.

• When an IEEE 1284 connector is used to connect the computer to the

printer, it is necessary to remove any other printer drivers or printer
utilities from your hard disk before installing the PagePro 8 Printer
Driver.

• The configuration of some computers may prevent the above screen

from appearing automatically. If the screen does not appear, double-
click

pagepro.exe

from the CD-ROM.
