Install the printer driver to control printing from your computer.
You can install the printer driver for Windows 95, Windows 3.1, Windows
NT4.0, or MS-DOS from the Minolta PagePro CD-ROM.
Follow the instructions described below and for more details, see the
User’s Manual.
Windows 95
Installing from CD-ROM
1. Turn on your computer and start up Windows 95.
2. Insert the Minolta PagePro CD-ROM into your computer’s CD-ROM
drive.
3. The opening screen automatically appears on the screen.
4. Follow the instructions, and select the type of installation you want.
After installing the printer driver, the PageWorks/Pro 8 Standard and
PageWorks/Pro 8 Enhanced printer icons appear in the Printers folder.
Windows 3.1
Installing from CD-ROM
1. Turn on your computer and start up Windows 3.1.
2. Insert the Minolta PagePro CD-ROM into your computer’s CD-ROM
drive. For this example, we will assume that the CD-ROM is located in
drive D:.
3. From the Program Manager, double-click Main to display the Main group,
and then double-click File Manager.
4. Open the drive D:\ window, then double-click the
D:\drivers\pp8\win311\gb\pcl\drv\wssetup.exe icon to start up the
installer.
5. Follow the instructions, and select the type of installation you want.
