The app is not properly

In order to record, you must
have the motion detection
and recording mode active;

section of your camera, see
sections 5.2.2.3 and 5.2.2.4.
The app does not
recognise the
camera (unknown
camera).
The camera and its device are
not connected to the same
network.
Make sure that the first time
you connect the camera, both
devices are connected to the
same network.
The camera may be
disconnected or it may
have been momentarily
disconnected.
Make sure the camera is
connected to the current.
Press ‘Reconnect’ in your
camera options, see section
5.3.1.
