Note:
The weighing module is delivered preassembled.
The lift-of protector is adjusted in a way that the load cell is unloaded. Thus overloading
the load cell during installation is prevented.
When using adapter plates, a 13mm socket wrench with insert according to
DIN3124(long version) is required for mounting.
2.2
Mounting the weighing module
The operations must be performed at all supporting points (e.g. vessel foot) of the
weighing object (e.g.vessel).
1. Check if all threaded holes required for mounting in the vessel foot/lug are provided.
2. Insert the O-ring into the groove of the upper plate and put the weighing module
under the vessel foot.
3. Slip the bellow over the mounting kit and the vessel foot carefully so that the
mounting kit remains accessible for mounting.
