Mounting the Cut-Off Machine

WARNING

Remove battery before mounting

cut-off machine. 

Use only with MX 

FUEL

 Cut-Off Machines.

 

1. Unlatch and swing open the mounting cover .

2. Place machine onto mounting hook (1) and posi-

tion machine trigger above the trigger lever pull

on cart (2). Adjust rear alignment as needed (see

"Rear Alignment Adjustment").

3. Secure both mounting cover latches.

4. Connect  water  supply  to  machine  according  to

Cut-Off Machine instructions

Rear Alignment Adjustment 

To maintain a straight line and 

avoid veering off-course while 

cutting, adjust the rear align-

ment knob (located inside the 

handle cover) as necessary. 

Secure  the  mounting  cover 

before starting work.

OPERATION

WARNING

To reduce the risk of injury, always 

wear proper eye protection marked 

to comply with ANSI Z87.1.

When working in dusty situations, wear appro-

priate respiratory protection or use an OSHA 

compliant dust extraction solution.

Surface Cutting

1. Clear debris from the path of the cart. Debris can

hinder or damage the wheel.

2. Arm the cut-off machine. Follow all instructions and

warnings provided with the cut-off machine

3. Open the water supply line to the machine.

4. The  cart  uses  a  mechanical  lever  system  to

engage the cut-off machine's trigger. To start the

cut-off machine,  press  the  "1"  button  (1)  while

pulling the throttle lever (2). The further the lever

is pulled, the faster the wheel will spin. Release

lever to stop.

ASSEMBLY

Moving Cart into Working Position 

1.  Loosen handle locking knob (1) and move push

handle (2) into upright working position. Tighten

handle locking knob (1).

2. Squeeze the cutting depth adjustment handle (3)

and move into upright working position.

3. Mount the 3 gallon water tank using the two lock

latches (4).
